Desktop appraisals are available for eligible residential (including condominium), retail, education, commercial and light industrial property. The CA$399 fee applies to one straightforward condominium building as a whole (not an individual unit); other property types are quoted after scope review. Eligibility and scope are confirmed in writing before any work begins — it helps to mention the building name or address and number of storeys if known.
